Deborah is a Master’s prepared, Board Certified, Family Nurse Practitioner and Co-Owner of Primary Care Clinic of Jackson and Trezevant. She was born and raised in Selmer, Tennessee. She moved to Jackson in 2005. Deborah began her medical career in 1986 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. With dreams to further her career she became as a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1989. In 2912, she obtained her Associates Degrees of Nursing from Northeast Mississippi Community College in Bonneville, Mississippi. In 2012, she earned her Bachelor of Science of Nursing from University of Texas at Arlington. In 2015, she was awarded her Master of Science Degree in Nursing at Tennessee Tech at Cookeville, TN with American Academy of Nurse Practitioner Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
With over 30 years of experience, she has an extensive background in Renal Dialysis, Nephrology, Diabetes, Hypertension, Therapeutic Apheresis, Renal Replacement Therapy, Family Practice, and Critical Care Nursing. In addition, she is a certified Ketogenic Coach, has advanced training in Medical Aesthetics, Weight Management and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Deborah proudly serves on the board of the TN Nurse Practitioners Association and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In her spare time, she is always looking to advance her skills and knowledge to provide the best care possible to all her patients
